Our Award Winning Customer Loyalty Team love their job and you can really hear that every time they pick up the phone, they say that you can hear a smile over the phone, listen for theirs the next time you call!

The team provide outstanding service and are responsible for dealing with all of the incoming queries and customer communication, one of them will answer the phone, your email, Live Chat, fax, letter, carrier pigeon message, you name it they will answer. The service they provide is second to none, not only are they happy and speedy, but they are knowledgeable and always eager to learn about new healthcare products and services.

Supplier Training
We ensure that all of our staff are trained by the manufacturers and suppliers that we work with, this way they are armed with details ready for if you have any questions. Our most recent training session was carried out during lockdown, having to adapt to the situation this was done over Zoom with Ultraspec, who provide a range of high-quality vaginal speculums, gynaecology accessories such as Sidewall Retractors and every day disposables like Noots Ear Irrigation Tanks, which make GP & nurses lives easier when carrying out examinations.

The last time that we had an in-office training session Invacare came into HQ with a wealth of demonstrative care equipment for our care home supplies. They helped the team understand the importance of the products that they offer such as patient hoists, slings, shower chairs and pressure care mattresses and how they make a difference to a care home residents’ comfort.

Warehouse Products
In terms of our range of products including medical supplies, we list everything on the website including lead times, we also show live-stock information for every item on the shelves in our warehouse, from forceps and ECG electrodes to gloves and High Risk Mattresses. Should you need to know the finer details on something like an expiry date of our diagnostic urine test strips one of the Loyalty Ladies will pop down to the warehouse and get the information that you need. 

Unique
Once your order is placed the team will keep you updated on the progress of the order, if you happen to order an item that is out of stock at the time then you will be emailed regular updates with accurate information from our supply network.

The team also provide our unique services that make your lives easier, if you need an order form, or would like order reminders then they will put these in place for you at your convenience. Did you know that if you search for an item and you get a ‘Whoops’ message they will also look into these to make sure that the item is easier to find next time!

Our Customer Loyalty Team work so well together and each of their personalities shine through whenever you communicate with them.
