These SupremPants are a pull-up designed for managing moderate to heavy incontinence among active people. These are practical and can be worn like any regular underwear, or taken off by tearing the sides. The wetness indicator turns blue depending on the saturation which helps to indicate when they need to be changed. It also has an adhesive strip which enables you at the point of disposal to compact the pants to ensure proper hygiene as well as indicating the back of the pants.
