Are you compliant with regulations for Energy Performance?

Display Energy Certificates: 

Did you know that all public buildings with a floor area greater than 250 metres squared are required to have a valid Display Energy Certificate (DEC)and accompanying Advisory Report produced by an accredited Energy Assessor. These should be displayed in A3 in a clearly visable location, and there are financial penalties for non-compliance. The purpose is to raise awareness of the energy usage in public buildings.

Energy Performance Certificates

Under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) any building constructed, sold or let after 2008 in the UK are legally required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The purpose is to inform about the energy performance of the building itself and its services. Air Conditioning Inspections

Under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) all air conditioning units with a combined cooling capacity greater than 12kW are required to have a valid Air Conditioning Inspection report and certificate. The purpose is to encourage improvements in energy performance.
